Breathing Exercises to Calm Your Mind

  2. Box Breathing: Inhale for four counts, hold for four counts, exhale for four counts, and pause for four counts. This method is great for improving concentration.
  3. 5-4-3-2-1 Technique: Ground yourself by identifying five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste.
